Nevada draws a hard line between the store that sells and the contractor that drives. This page is for the store. Nothing here is offered to consumers.
The order stays with you
Orders originate on your own website, app, or counter, and the sale rings on your POS. CropLine never lists product, never takes an order, and never appears to sell. That is how Nevada wants it, and it is how we run.
Carded drivers
Every driver holds a Cannabis Establishment Agent Registration Card in the sales facility category, and the Board is told who they are before they accept a single delivery for your store.
Inspected vehicles
Unmarked, alarmed, approved by a Board agent, with the vehicle ID card kept inside. Product rides in a qualifying lockbox, sealed and out of sight, in a vehicle your store requested the inspection for.
Manifest to reconciliation
The manifest comes from your seed-to-sale system under your license. We carry it, sign it, and hand it back with the receipt and the handoff log so your close-of-day reconciliation closes clean.
HOW A DELIVERY RUNS
Four steps, every drop, no shortcuts.
The rules for consumer delivery are specific and the driver is the one standing at the door. Ours know the sequence cold.
Confirmed by phone before departure
The order is confirmed by telephone with the person who placed it, and the confirmation is logged, before the vehicle leaves your lot.
Manifest and receipt ride sealed
Your manifest and your POS receipt travel with the product in the lockbox. Nothing else rides along except merchandise your store has approved.
ID scanned at the door
The driver scans an acceptable ID at handoff and delivers only to the person who placed the order. No scan, no handoff.
A failed handoff goes home
If the person who ordered is not there, or the ID does not scan, the product returns to your store and reconciles in seed-to-sale. No second addresses, no leaving it with a neighbor.

NEVADA RULES
Structured the way NAC 678B.321 says a contractor has to be.
Nevada allows a licensed retail store to use an independent contractor for consumer delivery, on conditions. The store and the contractor sign a service agreement. The contractor uses only agents carded in the cannabis sales facility category. The store discloses the contractor to the Board before any delivery, and the Board publishes both names. Every delivered sale still originates on the store's own website, app, or counter, and the contractor may not advertise that it sells, appear to sell, or take an order. Those rules were written in NCCR 7.040 and now live in NAC 678B.321.
CropLine is a licensed Nevada distributor. A distribution license does not cover delivery to a consumer, and we do not pretend otherwise. What it does mean is that our drivers, vehicles, lockboxes, alarm checks, and record-keeping already run to Board standard every day on facility-to-facility transfers. Consumer delivery adds the sales facility card, the phone confirmation, the ID scan at the door, and the return-to-store rule, and we train to all four.
Your compliance officer handles the requests only a licensee can make: the contractor disclosure, the vehicle inspections, and Board approval of any platform used to facilitate deliveries. We bring the drivers, the vehicles, and the paperwork on our side, and we make your side as light as we can.

Can CropLine take orders from our customers?
No, and neither can any contractor. Under NRS 678D.430 every delivered sale has to originate on the store's own website, app, or counter, and a third party may not appear to sell or accept an order. Your ordering surface stays yours. We handle the drive.
Whose license does the delivery run under?
Yours. The manifest comes from your seed-to-sale system, the receipt comes from your POS, and the product is your inventory until it is signed for at the door. CropLine's distribution license does not cover consumer delivery, which is exactly why this is structured as a service agreement with your store rather than a service we sell to the public.
Do the drivers need a special agent card?
Yes. Consumer delivery requires an agent card in the cannabis sales facility category, not the distributor category, and the categories do not transfer. Every CropLine delivery driver holds the sales facility card, and the Board is told who they are before they accept a delivery for your store. The same applies to anyone on our side who touches an order.
What does the Board need from us before we start?
A signed service agreement, disclosure of CropLine as your delivery contractor, vehicle inspections requested by your store, and Board approval of any platform used to facilitate deliveries. Only a licensed store can make those requests. We prepare the package so your compliance officer is submitting, not drafting.
What happens when a handoff fails?
The product comes back to your store, the return is logged, and it reconciles in seed-to-sale with the rest of the day. The driver does not try a second address, does not leave it with anyone else, and does not hold it in the vehicle for later. A failed handoff is a normal event with a normal record, not an exception.
How is pricing structured?
Flat per-delivery pricing with a monthly minimum, quoted after we see your volume and delivery area. Never a share of sales. Revenue participation by a non-licensee needs Board approval of its own, and a flat fee keeps both of us on the right side of the Board's guidance on management agreements.
