Eligibility

Cropline provides services exclusively to businesses holding valid licenses from the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board. We verify license status before onboarding and reserve the right to decline or suspend service if a client's license lapses.

Services

Services include cannabis transportation and cannabis waste destruction as described in each client's service agreement. Scope, schedules, and rates are set in writing before service begins. Quoted rates hold for the term stated in the quote.

Compliance responsibilities

Cropline maintains the registrations and documentation practices required for its operations. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their inventory records, manifests they originate, and staging waste or product as agreed. Both parties cooperate fully with regulator requests.

Scheduling and cancellation

Pickup windows are confirmed in advance. Cancellations with 24 hours' notice incur no fee. Late cancellations or failed pickups caused by facility unavailability may incur a service fee.

Liability

Liability terms, coverage limits, and claims procedures are detailed in each client's service agreement.
